Products ship within 2-3 days of receiving the order, unless the product is backed order in which case we will contact the buyer directly.

Rebound Fitness LLC is not responsible for any delays the currier might have during the shipping of your product and we can not warranty the delivery time. Although we will do everything in our power to asure your product is deliver as soon as possible. 

Returns and exchanges should be covered by the customer, we will process the exchange or refund once we received the returned goods.
